This September, the home barware scene will have a new face. Longtime barware collector, retailer and entrepreneur, Victoria Vergason, is launching The Modern Home Bar, a new e-commerce business specializing in vintage-inspired glassware designs and unique barware. As an enthusiastic collector, Vergason has carefully curated a vast array of vintage cocktail glassware, shakers, trays and intriguing barware which she sells at her niche boutique, The Hour (and online at www.TheHourShop.com). Her dream of creating an affordable modern line of barware and glassware has finally come to fruition with the introduction of The Modern Home Bar. Made in America, the initial line of barware and glassware embraces the idea of easy, personalized home entertaining that also celebrates the art of the cocktail.

The Modern Home Bar’s in-house studio will offer design services for bars and restaurants seeking to develop their own glassware designs as well as other groups and associations interested in creating glassware for special events, including weddings.
