Spanish Gin and Tonic
- 2oz. gin
- 5oz. tonic water
- 1oz. fresh lime juice
- Orange peel
- Juniper berries
- Mint
In a chilled glass, add ice and pour in the gin and lime juice. Top with tonic and stir ingredients until chilled. Garnish with an expressed orange peel, juniper berries, and a mint sprig.
