Paloma

• 2 oz. tequila ( Espolòn or another tequila blanco)
• 0.5 oz. fresh lime juice
• Grapefruit soda to top (I am partial to Q Spectacular Grapefruit soda)
• Salt rim and lime wheel garnish

Rub the rim of a Collins glass with a lime wedge. Roll wet rim in salt. Carefully add tequila and lime then fill glass with ice. Add grapefruit soda to top and stir. Garnish with a lime wheel.
