Bourbon Peach Smash

  • 1/2 fresh peach, diced
  • 4 mint leaves
  • .75oz simple syrup
  • 2oz bourbon
  • Peach slice and mint to garnish

Muddle peaches, mint and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add bourbon and ice. Shake and strain into an ice filled rocks glass. Garnish with a peach slice and a sprig of fresh mint.
