Aperol Gin Cocktail

- 2 slices cucumbers
- 2 oz. gin
- 1 oz. Aperol
- 0.75 oz. fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- Cucumber slice garnish
Muddle the two cucumber slices in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add the gin, Aperol, lime juice and simple syrup. Shake and strain into an ice filled rocks glass (double strain if you donāt want any cucumber seeds in your drink... I donāt mind, so I donāt!). Garnish with a cucumber slice.
